There are many good books, magazines, educational videos and trainers who can provide information on how to do exercises that strengthen the muscles. If free weights, machines, cables or free-hand exercises, mastering the principles of resistance training is crucial for building muscle. However, what often is missing in these practical guides for information on how to better organize the diet, hours of rest and exercise routine to maximize results.
