Should bodybuilding be made compulsory for students? – Part 10
How many people hated gym class as kids?
know I did … I was athletic as they come, but it was through this class I discovered weight training (or weight training) and from there began my transformation for the healthy, athletic individual I am today. People hear the word "culture" and immediately images of a giant 300-pound small strips oiled posing in front of a crowd. This may be the extreme example, but based bodybuilding is much simpler and more useful for the average person.
is the process of becoming as big as possible, but in essence is to strengthen muscles, improve your physical appearance and overall health, skills in a way that does not necessarily require genetic talent to start. There is a potentially embarrassing (not athletes) test as team sports, you can do alone, with friends, or even at home. Increased muscle mass helps burn fat from your body gives you more energy, less risk of heart disease, and who knows? You can find in an athlete, and the opportunity to try weight training may be just what the doctor ordered. After all, no worse than square dances (which are still in gym class?)
